Form

When I started to think about a new converter range, I felt blocked by a very classical industrial design with common geometry. Then, the idea of letting nature invade our industrial spaces came naturally for our converter.
All technical requirements could be met with a new specific design, allowing us to save material and improve cooling.
The design is inspired by fluidity and movement.
Organic shapes convey a futuristic and innovative feeling — something never seen before in our field of ultrasonic welding machines.

Function

Ultrasonic converters are subjected to high stress during thermoplastic welding, generating significant heat that must be dissipated quickly.
In addition to its attractive design, the Vibreon ultrasonic converter ensures optimal cooling of its structure during operation and greatly reduces the need for compressed air cooling.
It is used in the same way as existing 20 kHz ultrasonic models and has a similar size, requiring no modification to existing machines.

Patent registration

The new Vibreon converter range, spearheaded by this model, marks the beginning of a new generation in ultrasonic technology.
